How to Order
We encourage all orders to be placed through our secure online shopping cart system.

• Firstly you will need to create an account with us. This will allow you to make future orders very easily and will also allow you to access your account page where you can track all of your current and past orders.
• Once you have an account created you can place your order. To order simply add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping basket with the "Buy Now" button. Once you are ready to complete your order click on the "Checkout" button, provide postal details and choose a payment method

We protect your security and privacy by using a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which creates a secure shopping environment that authenticates your connection and encrypts sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet.

• Direct Deposit - to our Australian bank account
  - Please leave your name or order number as transaction description to ensure speedy service. ( bank details will be displayed in the checkout process.)
  
• Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard and Amex)
  Your credit card is charged when we are ready to ship your order.
  
• Bank cheques and personal cheques ( Australian dollars only )
  - Please note that personal cheques will need to clear before items are sent.
